I would go with before. For me mani and pedi is more of a fact of life than a treat. It takes SO long for polish to dry (can you tell I am an instance gratification person?!). In fact I need to squeeze some time in my day tommorrow to get it done because of a wedding on Saturday. I am planning on treating myself to a massage on board - to me that is sheer heaven!! I would rather do the maintenance thing before hand - along with the wax and spray tan (remember my instant gratification point). It is pathetic that I bother - but hey, it makes me feel pretty so what the heck!
Hmm...how about telling him that you'd like to treat him to a "new" service...a sports reflexology hand treatment, which includes a "free nail trimming."
$60 without tip and I get the massaging chair for an hour, a nice cold beverage brought to me, cheese and crackers if I desire,a nice soak in the jacuzzi foot bath, sea salt scrub and massage to the knee, moisturizer with hot towels to the knee, sloughed, trimmed, and polished with those funny little flip-flops to go.
). So it depends on what you would normally pay.
