I really love that soup, too! On our last cruise, I took my refillable mug with me to the luncheon and asked if I could take some back to my stateroom. It is soooooo delicious.

Chilled Orange and Mango Soup
30 lbs frozen mango puree
1 gallon buttermilk
2 gallons orange juice
32 oz. clear honey
Season with 3 oz. of salt and 2 oz. of allspice
Blend mixture until totally smooth. Chill for 1 hour and serve garnished with fresh mint.
For 2 quarts of mango soup-----
2 lbs. mango puree
1 cup buttermilk
2 1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
Hint: Frozen mango puree can be found in many supermarkets in the frozen fruit section.
