Mandymouse & Family May trip - Part 2 (DCL)

Lovely report. It is nice to read about something we have not experienced, it gives you a good idea of what the cruise is all about. :)

Here's a couple of photos taken by ships photographer on Pirate Night with Pirate Stitch

Hi
thanks for your report. Why did you have to be up so early for immigration?. i am Uk resident and have booked a 3 ngiht cruise for next aug. Any help on this would be great. Ruth

Hi Ruth, all non-US citizens have to report to immigration (onboard) at 6am. It is the only down-side to the cruise, so try to avoid too much vino the night before :rotfl: :rotfl:

DH has been on at me to do the cruise for ages. After reading your report I feel it will be something we will do. I believe we can use our DVC points so I am sure we will do this soon.

Thanks for the report. Did you get advance warning of the pirate night so knew to bring the costume?

Susan

Thank's for that- does it also included the children?(am travelling with a 11 year old) Best wishes
Ruth

Mark & Sue Thanks for your comments, the Pirate Night party started a couple of months before our cruise, so we were able to buy some outfits before we left :sunny:

Ruth Thanks for reading my report, and yes I'm sorry to say that everyone in the family has to attend immigration :)

Thanks for that. Have a great Xmas at Disney. Best wishes, Ruth

Thanks Mandy for the link to this great cruise report

The only thing I'm not looking forward to is getting up at 6 am for immigration
I wonder what would happen if you slept in

Mandy your trip report was so good I felt I was actually back on board :cloud9: - if only :goodvibes

Hoping to do the 7 night Western in Feb 2008...talk about wishing your life away :rolleyes1 ............ but I'm already dreaming of our trip ,and the dates aren't even out yet to book it
