This is probably a really stupid question, but are all mandatory boat drills on the dream outside? I've been on the fantasy twice and both of our drills were in the walt disney theater. Does it depend on your room location? Thanks

Depends on your room. We were inside but I saw others outside too.

Yes, it depends on your room location. As on the Fantasy, some of the rooms muster in the theatre. Here's a good thread with locations listed for most rooms:
