Mandara Spa- Express Yourself

Just booked the Express Yourself package at the Mandara Spa at Swan and Dolphin. Has anyone else tried this? I'm hoping there won't be a hard sell product push at the end. Also, the woman said I'd be charged a 20% gratuity so I'm assuming I need not offer a cash tip...
