Going next week and have just noticed our flight VS075 is operated by Air Atlanta Icelandic. Do we still get all the facilties like free drinks,tv in back of seat etc.
Is it a Virgin plane or an Air Icelandic one?
This is first time we have flown from Manchester so any help gratefully accepted.

Hello Eric.

VS075 is operated by a plane in full Virgin livery with all the facilities you are expecting :) . The last few years have seen Virgin run their oldest planes out of Manchester on the MCO route. However, there was a thread fairly recently about newer planes on this route from summer 05. Maybe someone has an update?

Have a great trip.
Barry.

The new planes should hopefully be in service by the end of May. VA will use 747-400's from the Gatwick fleet to do the MAN-MCO run. The planes will have the new upper class suites downstairs with PE upstairs. If you have booked for later this year simply try and reserve your seats online on VA's website and you will see which configuration of aircraft is *expected* to be used.

Thank you both for your replies. We are going next Tuesday so I expect that we will be flying on one of the old ones. Never mind as long as we get there in one piece!
