Managing Points, Use Years, Contracts

I am one of those who have multiple contracts and use years. I'm always in a panic if I'm managing my points correctly. I've read on this board that there is some type of spread sheet that helps manage points/use years/contracts. Can someone please tell me how to find one. Thank You in advance.

cseca, thanks for the credit, but I only pointed you to the program. If I am correct, another member of this board 'SUZYQ''s husband wrote that program for us members this past winter. They live in California. I have emailed him to thank him too.

Keep in mind though that we will soon have to get together to write new point charts for 2002. If we each take on the task of writing 1 resort, we can have it done in a day or two, and then we can exchange them amongst ourselves so we each have a complete set. From what experiments I have done, it looks like Microsoft Word 2000 opens the point files, and they can easily be edited there.

I had to email the creator of DVC Manager this weekend with a question. He mentioned that he was going to be working on the 2002 points shortly. I love this program and he is the most helpful guy!

I'm really glad that my fellow DVC'ers are finding some use for that old program!

But seriously, I finally got the 2002 points updated on my web site. (See the link from CSECA above).
I also fixed a couple of bugs (it sometimes crashed if you tried to print out your info). So that puts us at version 2.3!
Please let me know if you find any problems with anything!
