Managing G+ (and tickets) if your party separates

Our family of 4 is just a few days away from our trip to Disneyland. It's Me, my wife and our 4 and 6 year olds.

During one of the days, my wife's friend is going to join us and they may go off on their own for a time. I was wondering, how does one go about "sharing" our Disneyland info such as the tickets, access to Genie+, etc. Is it as simple as me logging into my Disneyland account on my wife's phone for her? Or do I have her create her own account and link her the details of our trip onto her account?

It’s as simple as sharing an account on 2 different phones.

Locking this thread. There is a sticky Genie+ thread that we're using for hints, questions, etc., so that the board isn't overrun with Genie+ threads.
