I went into Waldbaums (supermarket) for water, I thought I was going to get a six pack or something but I saw America's Choice on sale. 24 16oz bottles for $4.99! .. I didn't realize how heavy it was.

I had to walk two blocks because there was no parking by my house, and a little bit in the parking lot with that thing! Jeebus! They should come up with some sort of shopping workout. Look at the pain dieting causes! LOL

Hey, burning calories counts no matter what you are doing! I hope your arms aren't too stretched out after that long walk.

I had to laugh when you wrote Jeebus. There was a Simpson's episode where Homer has to be a missionary for the church. He gets sent to some island in the Polynesian. At one point in the show he is screaming to "Jeebus" to help them. It was pretty funny (to me!)

Do me a favor ----

Put that 24 pack of water on the scales and see what the weight is. I think we will realize that many of us (me certainly included) were carrying around that much extra weight and even more right on our bodies 24/7!

I like to think of the weight that I've lost visually. I would have a pretty hard time carrying around 3 - 10 lb bags of potatoes all day - BUT that is exactly what I was doing last year at this time. No wonder it's been so hard for me to get around.

I wish I could put it on a scale but I don't have one! I know, it's bad but my mom always told me go by your clothes not by the scale. I work at a gym so next shift I'm going to weigh in. (Friday.)

Man. If I knew how much it weighed I could have been like: WOOHOO! I am SUPER WOMAN. I carried that damn thing for two blocks!

Oh well. And I don't watch the Simpsons I have NO idea where I got Jeebus from.
