Is Southwest still investigating the incident?

I don't see any reason to stop flying them because of this. I suspect that a whole lot of the story is missing. In other words, there's no proof that the guy is telling everything.

I'm going by his description of the situation (which I mostly believe). There's been plenty of assumptions made about what he did based on nothing. Where has any witness spoken up and said he was rude, belligerent, ranting on the plane, threatening, sending out multiple threatening tweets? That's all been assumed here. Oh and lying about it being the GA who met and spoke with him when he was taken off the plane. .. that's been said too.

I'm not saying any of that. But I also am not taking the word of one of the involved parties without corroboration. You are correct...I didn't quote every single person who made assumptions, but you seem to have made quite a few and they just stood out to me.
