How sad. People never expect bad things to happen when on vacation, but they do.

very sad but I see this with people all the time they just expect vehicles to stop and sometimes they just can't. People walk out in front of cars in parking lots all the time.

This makes me so mad! I think it's something with Target especially because nearly every time I drive in front of that store, there are people who walk from the store to the parking lot without even looking to see if there is a car coming. They are so stupid in thinking because they have the right-a-way, all cars will automatically stop for them. This may not always be the case and why take the chance? Is it that hard to look before crossing? I guess so.
