We have had the wettest summer in my neck of the woods in the Poconos , but today it just won't stop, it's drenching downpouring rain.
I just came back from getting some supplies from Walmart and the town looks like a river. I cannot imagine what other towns may look like, we are on the very top of the mountain. We have had a lot of floods around us this year, I have not been affected , but in many areas here the damage has been devastating. Mother nature....do you think we can get a break?? :(

Rained ALL day here, too, on the western side of Pa. In fact, it's still raining - DS's HS golf practie got cancelled (and they never cancel!):( I feel that we did not have a spring (too cold weather) or a summer (constant rain)!!:(

MIL is living in Williamsport PA now....is that anywhere near you guys?? Probably should call and check on her....

Williamsport is about an hour away west from me, I don't know if that area has gotten bad but I know in Chester County ( Philly area ) got hit really bad today.

Not raining yet south of Boston but sure looks like it wasnt to any time now. :(

Well, we have had some rain recently, but are still behind on what we need. Wish you could send a little dow here. I think some of you may be getting much more later this week.

Been raining all day. Earlier was pouring so hard here you could just barely see enough to drive. I was driving home from work and had to drive through a stream of water across the road, no way around it when there's a wall on both sides and cars all around. It was about a car lengths wide and at least 8" deep. Fortunately my car didn't flood out. It's actually sunny right now .

send it over here please...........it's so terribly dry over here & already we are getting bush fires & it's not even summer for another couple of months.:(

Did you see the news report on that horrible accident on the PA Turnpike at Monroeville??? How awful! Was that due to the rain??

Some parts of PA received over 7 inches of rain!!!! Here in the center of the state, we had a shower around noon, then the sun came out. Very warm and humid. I am so glad we did not get rain today. The ground is so saturated and we have been through one major flood......never want to experience it again.

I remember yesterday it rained, and a couple of days before that. And when it isn't raining it is so hot!

It was a little cold this morning! Can't wait 'till fall!
