*note* video is fine, no nudity or anything, its a news report.

Seriously? He went downstairs to get a cup of coffee and someone reported him. Now yes the curtains were open, but that could have easily been a mistake. Seriously, if you look into people windows you shouldnt be shocked at what you see! he obviously had no intent of displaying himself he just wanted a cup of coffee.

If you cant be nekkid in your own house where can you be nekkid??

Yeah I got a shot of a neighbor in his tighty whities while walking my DD to the bus stop last week. So didn't notice at all!

Wow - I would be in big trouble because I walk around naked a lot. :lmao:

I saw this on my local news this morning. The roommate of nekkid boy said that he lost his job last week and had sort of flipped his lid so to speak. The other guy mentioned that nekkid guy would walk around naked in the house wearing nothing but a hard hat on his head.:rotfl:

Supposedly he was ummm waving at a woman and her daughter when they were walking to school.

Ohhh.. this may complicate the story depending if he did anything else :rolleyes1

My first thought was also 'silly'. However, on reflection, I am changing my mind.

I recall as a youngster hearing reports of men (usually) standing in front of their open window or door 'flashing' children walking to school. The perverts, of course, argued that they were inside their own home and they had a right to be naked in front of their own window or door.

I imagine that the city law was probably drafted with flasher behavior in mind. Perhaps the person walking by thought this man was engaging in that behavior.

There is a fine line between the instances that happen by accident and those that accidently happen on purpose. By that I mean, if this is the first time there was a complaint, then yes it's more than likely an accident. Now, if there are reports on record of other instances and there is always a seeming possible reason, then it is an issue of accidently happen on purpose. And I do hope that it was truely a one time accident.

Here's my one time accident. We use to live in quaters that had really small closets. I was going to be taking a shower, then getting dressed in the 2nd bedroom. Before getting into the shower, I closed the drapes in that room. I get done with my shower, dry off, hang my body towel up and start to walk to the spare room. I had really long hair and as I was walking, I had my head bent over starting to towel dry my hair. What I didn't notice, until I was well into the room, was that sometime during my shower, DH went into this same room, couldn't see what he was looking for and fully opened both sets of drapes and didn't reclose them. I had walked past both full sized windows, in all my glory before I reliezed that it was a lot brighter in the room then it should have been. Popped my head up, saw the drapes open and dropped to my knees. I crawled on hands and knees outta that bed room, back into the bathroom and the whole time screaming for DH. Once he figured out that I was ok, he thought it was hysterical. I told him, he wouldn't be laughing when one of his MP buddies showed up at our door, after getting a complaint of an 8 month pregnant lady showing the world all she had. I just could have killed him for that one!!!!!

Here is the news story from another source: http://www.nydailynews.com/lifestyl...exposure_for_being_naked_in_his_own_home.html

A Virginia man was arrested for being naked - in his own home.

Eric Williamson was making coffee in his kitchen Monday morning and didn’t thing anything of the fact that he was nude since he was alone in the house, according to WTTG-TV.
But a woman and her 7-year-old son happened to be strolling through his front yard and saw the 29-year-old having breakfast in the buff through his window.
They called the cops on Williamson and he was arrested for indecent exposure, according to the Fox station.
The man argued that he had no idea he could be seen, but cops believe he wanted people to see him like that.
“If I stood and seemed comfortable in my kitchen, it's natural. It's my kitchen,” Williamson told the station.
He faces a year in jail and a $2,000 fine, but plans to fight the charge.

Um why were they strolling through the neighbors yard?

Oh crap...Dh and I are SO going to jail!

Seriously, any judge worth his salt will throw this out of court, laughing the whole time. The woman walking "through his front yard" (and what was she doing on his property??) needs to be tarred and feathered for wasting valuable public resources with this nonsense. What a lunatic. i imagine the 911 call sounded like this:

"911..what is your emergency?"

"I saw naked man!"

"Where is the naked man, ma'am?"

"In his house, having coffee in his kitchen! I can see him through the window! hurry please before my child is traumatized for life!"

Um why were they strolling through the neighbors yard?
That's what gets me about this story.

The woman is trespassing on his property, looking in his windows, and then presses charges?

Sounds like one of those self-righteous people that think the world has to conform to their extremely narrow-minded view points.

If you don't want your son exposed to naked people getting a cup of coffee in their own kitchen, don't cut through their yards while looking in their windows.

I guess I should go buy some curtians or DH and I are going to be locked up in the pokey. :rotfl2: Boy, won't that make you look tough in prison.

"What did they get you for?"

"Walking nakked in my own home.":headache:

The second link, the one for the NY post, the people responsding are saying that this happened at 5.30 in the morning. I don't see that in the article, is this true?

If so, what the heck was she doing walking around the neighborhood, cutting through peoples yards at 5.30 in the morning? With her 7 year old? Seems a bit to early for he bus to be picking him up. :confused3

And what the heck was she doing trespassing on this guys property and looking in his windows?:sad2:

was he charged with hiding a concealed weapon :rolleyes1

The story that was on our local news said that there is a path next to his property and she was cutting across his front lawn to get to the path a bit faster.

Sounds like the guy needs to put a picket fence around his front yard!

The video I watched did say it happened at 5:30 am.

This guy is plastered all over the internet for all to judge.

It would only be fair to plaster the trespassing, offended woman who pressed charges on the internet too.

But maybe she was just trying to get a reality show when she called 911 - Peeping Penelope. Heck, she could team up with Heene. He could fashion a scientific balloon so she could hover in peoples' yards. It would have to be on HBO though.

Well lock me up and throw away the key:rotfl2:

There are apartments behind the house and people with balconies-I wont even go there.

And the lady was essentially trespassing, don't let her come to my area. ANd was she looking through people's windows? Seriously.
