I just changed my ADR from Chefs De France to Kona Cafe, and I am stoked!! I have never eaten at Kona, but saw some pics of the food on another thread, and it looks amazing!!! I have eaten atb CDF, and it was really good, but I am really excited about Kona. My dad is a huge prime rib lover, and he is going to LOVE it at Kona, I can tell from the pics!!

We love Kona :goodvibes. If your dad loves prime rib, he will really enjoy Kona. Their filet is awesome, too ;). Kona is at the top of our list every trip :).

Kona is fantastic! I am still drooling over the filet mignon they served at Christmas. I am recommending the restaurant to everyone!!

Kona is a great place for dinner and breakfast!! Haven't tried it for lunch yet, but I'm sure that would be great too!!

Yes, your Dad will enjoy the prime rib!!!

I'm excited for you. :cool1:

We went for the first time last trip. It was a really good food experience.

ENJOY!

I love kona!! i had the crabcakes for an appy, and the pancrusted macadamia mahi-mahi-! the bread is to die for!!
enjoy!

We tried Kona for the first time in May. DH wasn't thrilled to try it because he didn't think he'd like it and it ended up being his favorite meal. We immediately made plans to add it to our "must do" list and have a dinner ADR for our Dec. trip. :cool1:

Here are some pics from our meal -
The amazing bread and honey macademia nut butter (amazing!!) -

I am really looking forward to eating there again in just a little over four months from now. :)

The bread is really fantastic...if you've had the pretzel bread at Le Cellier this is just as good.

The sticky wings are great!

I'm hoping it's better. Soft pretzel isn't my idea of dinner bread.

I would say the bread at Kona kicks the salt off the bread at Le Cellier! We (family of four, two of which were under 7 yr. old) went through two of those breads before our meal arrived and could have eaten more but we knew we had a big meal coming. The butter alone is worth the trip to Kona and could make a bug taste good! The bread really is great!!! Hands down better than Le Cellier IMHO and I like most breads.

I adore good bread!! I am so glad I chose to switch to Kona Cafe. Now a really nice Diser is offering me her ADR to LeCellier, but I am not sure if I want to give up any of our other ADRs. We will be stuffed the whole time with our included TS's, so I don't want to pay OOP for an extra one. I am going to see what my dad wants to do, WCC or LeCellier.
