Mama Melrose's Fantasmic Package

DD16 is picky but loves steak (with A1). How is the Charred Butcher Tender Steak (gorgonzola butter on roasted red pepper polenta, grilled asparagus and red wine reduction) prepared? What is roasted red pepper polenta? Is it served on the side or cooked with the steak? I'm sure I could always ask that it be prepared plain. Also, is there a set price for the Fantasmic Package or do you pay the price for each item as posted on the menu? If DD16 decides not to have steak and orders from the Kids menu, could we still get the Fantasmic Package?

As for the Fantasmic Pkg, it's priced as a meal package. I'm not sure if there's a limited menu (when I went there wasn't, you could order anything off the regular menu, one appetizer, one entree, one dessert, one beverage).
