mama melrose or tony's

we like Mama Melrose...have gone there several times for the Fantasmic package. Food is comparable to Olive Garden.

We had lunch at Tony's in May 2010...it was pretty good, we'd eat there again.

Service is kind of sketchy at both...2 out of 3 times at Mama Melrose food was great but service was incredibly slow. At Tony's, server seemed kind of inattentive...was the tail end of the lunch crowd so not incredibly busy. Not really bad service, just not the best.

I'd rate Mama Melrose above Tony's.

We like Tony's because it FEELS like Disney. Mama Melrose just feels like an Italian Restaurant to us. Food at both locations is just sort of generic Italian, but the Pistacio Creme Brulee at Tony's is heavenly.

Last week we had a TS at both and the food was good at both places. The service at Tony's was excellent and Lady and the Tramp decor is neat. Mama Melrose's decoration are very Italian and our service was good. We would eat at both places again!

I had dinner at both and they were both good but not amazing. Mama Melrose has better food while Tony's had better service and atmosphere.

If you like wine with your Italian food, MM is your only choice. I think that MM has the edge on the food, but Tony's is fun, especially if you get to dine outside while the parade is running.
