I have been researching for a while now and can't find out the CURRENT cost of the Fantasmic Package at Mama Melrose. It is not on the WDW website and I havent't found a mention in the reviews. Website also doesn't list appetizers as included. Has that changed? I was hoping that you pay for what you get rather than a fixed price. Three of us going in September and we would all order 3 courses.
I love the flatbread, caesar salad, and canoli dessert which wouldn't be that expensive but we want the show tickets. Please post if you have recent knowledge of how it works now.

Sorry! Just realized as I was researching reviews, I posted my question here. I should have posted in restaurants section.
MODS: Would someone please move it for me? Thanks.

These prices seem pretty accurate as far as what people have been paying:

It is a fixed price meal and includes an appetizer, entree and fountain beverage, all ordered from the regular MM menu. Dessert at MM is a pre-plated dessert sampler served family style.

You have to reserve the Fantasmic! Dining Package specifically. A regular reservation at any of the 3 participating restaurants will not include the seating voucher.

One nice change, the seats are now closer to the center of the amphitheater and no longer over on the far right.

Thanks so much, Purple Figment. That really help in planning whether to save Dining Credits for this and pay OOP for Yak & Yeti..

Sorry to be so uninformed , but , am I understanding this correctly ? :confused3 When you book the Fantasmic package ( say at Mama Melrose ) , you only use one dining credit to pay for it ? :confused3. Or do you use the dining credit and then pay the $ 38 or so dollars ? Thanks for helping me to learn :cheer2:

It's either credits or cash.

If you use the dining plan it will cost one credit per person.

OR

You can pay out of pocket in which case it will cost about $35-38 per adult and $13 per child at MM.

So one dining credit pays for the entire package ? Cool !! :cool1: Thanks.

Does anyone know for sure if Mama Melrose's Fantasmic package still includes an appetizer? I don't mean to sound doubtful...it's just that the description on the Disney website right now says:

"Dining packages for The Hollywood Brown Derby and Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano are available for lunch or dinner and include one (1):

Entrée
Dessert
Non-alcoholic beverage
VIP seating voucher"

I know sometimes the Disney site is not always entirely accurate, but I also know that sometimes they quietly change things without much notice. I am trying to decide between MM and H&V.

We were just at Mama's this week and the Fantasmic package did include an appetizer! It was a fabulous meal and I would highly recommend it! :)
