Mama Melrose - Fantasmic Dining Package

Under the Mama Melrose Fantasmic Dining Package, if you have the regular Disney dining plan, does this meal include an appetizer or not? I know that the normal DDP does not include an appetizer this year, but didn't know for sure since the fantasmic package lists an appetizer.

yes, you get an app. with the fantasmic package. to my knowledge, this is the only way to get an app. unless you get a 2TS meal somewhere

With the regular DDP you still don't get an appetizer even at a 2 credit Signature restaurant. To the OP: yes you do get an appetizer with the Fantasmic pkg. Also Le Cellier has a section on their menu where you can choose one of the cheaper entrees then choose an appetizer and dessert to go with it. I think it's called 'The Chef's Favorites'.

Thanks - didn't know that. There is something similar at Chefs de France - the French menu - do you know if that is included on the dining plan? I remember when we weren't on the DDP, we choose that and it was very nice - starts with French Onion soup then Coq au Vin and Creme Brulee to finish with.

Chef's De France does not allow the Chefs menu on the DDP.
