How does this work? If we make a ressie at MM we get free F tickets.....Are you then limited to eating at MM at off hours? When I do a practice run it only comes up 12:00; 3:30pm.

Should we just make straight dinner ressie and then wait in the line for F?
Is F worth the wait?

Just a tip, if you do a search for any available restaurant more times will pop up for MM. The dinner time I got was 4:35 but that is fine for us. We like Fantasmic but I would not wait for a long time in the regular line for it.

Thanks for the help but I'm still confused. If I put in for only dinner at MM, I come up with a variety of times and it accepts DDP. If I try to put in for dinner + Fantasmic tickets it shows different times, DDP not accepted, credit card guarantee required. Is that how it works?

if I remember correctly, I had difficulty making an ADR online for the MM Fantasmic package.
I called and spoke to a cm in order to book the package.
We had lunch at MM and went to Fantasmic that night.
I think it was worth it!

You have to book the Fantasmic package not a regular dinner reservation if you want to get the reserved seating passes. It is included on the dining plan. You just have to tell them when you get there.

I booked our Fantasmic package at Mama Melrose's last week online and got a 5:30 time. Fantasmic Dining Package is a choice under the list of restaurants.

I choice my dates and times, then clicked to see all restaurants at, in that list is Fantasmic Dining Package on Dining reservations site, all available HS restaurants and times should show==then you just click the restaurant/time you want.

Good luck

You have to book the Fantasmic! Dining Package specifically. Times are usually earlier than for a regular MM reservation (quite often afternoon up to around 5 ish. The DDP is accepted (1 credit at MM and H&V, 2 at Brown Derby) - it may be yet another glitch in the res site if it says the DDP isn't accepted. You will have to guarantee the res with a cc, but nothing will be charged unless you fail to cancel and then don't show up.

The dining package is a fixed price at MM. You will get to choose an app, entree and non-alc beverage from the regular menu and a pre-selected dessert sampler.

That is why we got a dessert sampler when we ate at MM on our last trip. We didn't book the Fantasmic! Dining Package. When we arrived for our ADR we were told they had extra, and gave them to us. I didn't do any research on the package since we weren't planning on watching Fantasmic that trip. I had gone to the restroom and when I got back, the desserts were there. I just assumed the DH ordered them that way.

I have a dilemma we currently have

a breakfast booked for 815 and HS
we wanted to do this fantasmic package so we booked a lunch of 135pm

i am now thinking that is TOO close together
so i was playing with the RSVP there is a later time of 245pm which is only an hour late but still later but it was for ONE less person than we really have in our party.. how big of an issue will this be if we take the later spot for one less..
i should say TWO of our people are ages 2, and 1 so both would be in a highchair anyway>
I dont think "seating" would be an issue for them i am more worried about the fantasmic tickets..kwim??

It's usually not at issue unless you happen to be going at a busy time and/or the restaurant is at capacity in which case they wouldn't be able to seat extra people. Two high chairs take twice the space of one so it actually would be affected by the safety and fire code regulations.

Also depending on how many people are in your group your table size may have to change. If you total party is going from an even number to an odd it will require a larger table size and may result in a longer wait since tables are usually designed for 2-4-6 etc. people.
