DO the hotels , MUSIC?

have transportation to any of the outlet malls??

Negative on that one. The disney transportation will get you anywhere on Disney property and DTD, but not "off park". You will need to book a taxi to take you off Disney. Many trips ago my DH had to go to an eye doctor--he lost his glasses on the Haunted Mansion ride; a taxi came right to the entrance of MK and picked him up. Ask your front desk at the resort. they can hook you up with a taxi service.
