I did a search but I didn't see this posted anywhere else. It looks like the Angelina Jolie version of Maleficent was at the 24 hour party. It would be cool if they would bring her out more over the next few weeks or months.

I wonder if this movie's going to be a big hit or not...it seems to me like disney doesn't often make the villain the centerpiece of a movie. i could see a lot of kids staying away from this...but that's just me.


The actress they got to play her in the park (in the video jsbowl links to above) seems perfect for the role.

I really wish they would do more with the villians in general. They are so entertaining to watch. Forget Princess Meet N Greets being built, the villians need there own version!

Definitely wish they would have her out more often, along with other villains. Maleficent is my 12-year old daughter's favorite. We stood in line twice at MNSSHP last year and they cut the line off both times before we could get up to the front...the second time we were next. Ugghh. Serious child depression. She could have asked for pretty much anything in the park at that point, and I would have gotten it for her...thankfully, she didn't think about that! This was a not-so-understanding dad, particularly when lots of people had "merged" into the pre-existing line after the villains show. I guess they have to cut the line at some point, but I still don't understand why they limit access to the villains so much. Earlier today, I actually raised the question of villain character meals over on the restaurants page, and somebody said there was one prior to 2002 at 1900 PF, but it got cancelled due to children being scared.

We saw the line around 1:00am outside the back of the castle, my friend walked up to a cm and scored 3 tickets for 3:30am! We were handed the ears and got our picture taken. We also got free tickets for the movie. There is a preview at DHS, looks awesome!
