WOW...I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I have never been able to contact vmk through the player profile, apply for CL or even participate in push's trash trivia because....
MY birthdate was in the system wrong...I tried about a million times to try and figure out what it was entered as..to no avail..just frusteration. I tried contacting VMK's support to ask how to find out what it is - that it is wrong, etc. and all I got back was a "we closed your inquiry because we feel your question has been answered" lol All they did was send me to a site that did not show anything related to my birthdate.
Anyways, I JUST saw the instructions on the players guide on how to see what your birthdate is stored as and SURE enough...Everything was right except the day was off by one....
I can't tell you how relieved I am to FINALLY have this resolved!
