Mako line wait

Hi Everyone, I'm so excited to ride this attraction on Monday!! Can you give me any idea how the wait times have been? Thanks so much

Sunday around 9:30 the wait was less than 5 minutes. Today about the same time it was walk on and not full. Manta on the other hand had long waits all day and we still have not ridden this trip. Will be moving to sea world hotel and get front of line passes and ride then.
Mako is a great ride.

We were there in Mid-July and the wait was around 10-15 minutes! Made my teen super happy!

Was at seaworld yesterday, wait time at opening until 11:30 was nonexistent, and at 3:00 was 10 minutes. We waited longer for every other ride at the 3-6 time than mako, which to me is crazy

I've been going on Mako since previews. Out of the 3 coasters, it has had the shortest wait all summer. On average it has been 30 or less (and typically has been closer to 15, if that)

My guess is that the extreme nature of the ride excludes a lot of guests from riding. It does't appear that Mako is for the faint of heart.

I think many people would agree with you too, because it gives a very unique sensation while riding.

I don't think as many people realize the uniqueness of Manta until they are actually on the ride, though. In comparison, the height of Mako is immediately noticeable.

Hehe, my little one, 15, thinks Manta is unique because you always hanging, not sitting, and more cool and fun. She likes Orlando's one better than SD's. She is so stoked to ride Mako, that she is pleased it may not have long lines.

I am sure you will see her riding it many times during our visits. Well, that, and the other coasters.

One other problem with Mako is the configuration of the seat (I know a lot of people who haven't been able to ride, unfortunately)

Good to know that the wait is short. Might save it for later i the day and ride Antarctica first.

It had not been a QQ entitlement when it first opened this summer, but I noted the change on the website....last week?

You can also still buy the Mako-only one time quick queue pass starting at $15.

Which is funny because I find the manta ride to be far scarier

My husband has neck problems and he is fine on Mako but Manta bothers him.

It looks like a nice coaster, and I'll try it. Seems, though, that there are tons on similar coasters around like this -- love many of them at Cedar Point. Manta, though, riding on your stomach is really unique. I'll hit both of these once. Think though I will skip Kracken this time (It's just me and being 56 and not much of a roller coaster junky anymore and my not enjoying that ride like I used too.)
