Making your reservation, determining the 11 month window?

I signed my contract today and sent it off with my check So I have been reading and re-reading all the information.
When I want to book at my home resort, do I count from my check in date or check out date? The information in the booklet seems to indicate that it is from the check out date, but I'm just a bit confused.

It was recently changed to check-in date. You can book up to 7 nights 11 months from check-in date. So if you want to reserve at stay starting 9/1/09, you could call on 10/1/08 at your home resort for up to 7 nights.

Thank you, I thought that I had read on these boards that it was from the check in date, but since the paperwork that came with the contract indicated the check out date I wanted to be certain.

How do you book more than 7 nights?

You can either call the next day to book night 8, then the next day for night 9 or you can wait until 11 months from day 8 and book up to 7 more nights.

...or...you can wait until the check out date and book the whole thing at one time like we have always done.
