making the most of your day!

Hi!

I have spent much time wondering about what i can do to make the day as magical as i can and have found lots of info! I was just curious as to what others have done or what they plan to do! Just want to see what other couples are doing and by doing so ensuring not missed anything that maybe cool!

I look forward to your replys! has anyone done anything really magical (apart from marrying your prince at disney) that made your day unforgettable?

I am thinking about the same thing. I want to surprise my husband to be with something special but dont know what. I used Pixie Gift company in the past but I heard they are no longer in business.

Any ideas?

We decided to spend the night before the wedding together and waking up together knowing we were getting wed that day was such a rush for the two of us - we were so excited like giggling little children - I will never forget that special feeling...... that is until I kicked him out of the room

We also did not attend our pre-reception instead we took that time to have photos of just the two of us and then we sat in another room and had some champagne and alone time.

We had an 11am ceremony and the reception finished at 5.00pm after which we went upstairs to our room for an hour where again we sat and read our wedding cards together.... but then it was back to the bar and then off to EPCOT for Illuminations and then before you knew it, it was 10pm and we were saying goodbye to the last of our guests so there wasn't really much time to do anything else except to fall into bed, completely exhausted by the whole day.

a few things we did on our Wedding Day that I will never forget. My bridesmaids and I had a room at the GF to get ready and one of the girls had her husband go to the store and buy champagne, orange juice and bagels with cream cheese and we all sat on the floor in the room and talked and each one of them told me a story about how they felt about being in my Wedding and how they felt about me that was sooooo special to just spend quality time with them. After the wedding which ended at 10pm everyone 100 guests went back to the hotel and had a GREAT time in the hot tub and pool and right as everyone got in it rained so hard it was amazing and we laughed and played volley ball and sat in the hot tub in the rain. It was a party night.
