First off, you said you're staying 6 nights, but, by my count, that's 7 nights (arrive Saturday, leave Saturday). Just trying to double check. You have listed 6 TS places, but, if you're 7 nights, then you've got another one to play with
Now, for suggestions, at Epcot, if you're able to get a reservation (see call EXACTLY 180 days in advance!), get dinner at Le Cellier. If your husband likes burgers/steaks, he'll likely love Le Cellier. And, if you don't mind having a burger (or hot dog, etc) for lunch the day you're at Epcot, might I suggest that you pay OOP for lunch at Beaches & Cream at the Yacht & Beach Club (just a few minutes walk outside the International Gateway at Epcot)? They've got the best burgers on property and their ice cream is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
For Crystal Palace, its up to you, but you might enjoy a breakfast there (say around 10:20 or 10:30). You'll likely get more time with the characters and also, you'll get the chance to sample both their breakfast & lunch menus, without being rushed out or having to pay for a breakfast AND a lunch. Additionally, you may end up with the best waitress on property (Linda, 35yr cast member at WDW, one of about 16 total who've been there at WDW since the soft opening of the MK in Sept. 1971).
Any questions, ask away!
& whatever you eat or whereever, Enjoy the Magic!
