I'm in the middle of ironing the designs right now. I remember having this issue last year but was basically doing it in the middle of the night so didn't come here with the question...then forgot about it until now! Anyhoo, I'm using Amy's transfers, sometimes the black is very black and vibrant and sometimes it's a little lighter...and I'm talking on the same design. Like say a Mickey head for instance, it's kind of a swirly mix of very vibrant black and a lighter black. Am I doing it for too long or not long enough? Or does the iron need to be hotter? If anyone has had this issue and knows how to resolve it, please let me know asap! Thank you!!!!

Does it still look that way after you are done ironing it? When I printed mine they looked that way but after I ironed it on...and I probably do it longer then I am suppose to...it looks great!

This was only after I ironed it. They came out great printed. I typically do it a little longer than I'm supposed to so I turned down the iron. I've done a few more since my first post and they came out a lot better. I may not be able to fix the first one I did, but it's not THAT bad either. I was just trying to prevent other ones from turning out the same way. I remember it happening last year, but I know my iron was too hot then and I was doing it for too long because some of them came out too wrinkled. I'm assuming that's why anyway. My iron does not have number settings...it's actually a little weird looking (settings) so it's hard to gage whether or not it's too hot. It's a cordless shark for anyone that is curious.
