Making room requests

I've read several times about people making specific room or building requests (specifically Pop), so how do I go about doing that? I'm going the end of August. Do I call the resort now and have it added to my reservation, or do I ask for a specific area when I get there to check in?

You can add your request to your ressie now, and then a couple days before you go fax your request in.

also when you get there, they are very helpful if you want to change your room. we did that twice when they didn't have our request available

Don't bother faxing anymore..most resorts don't bother with the faxes anymore.. straight to the trash.

Put your request on your reservation (when on the phone with the CM) either when you make your reservation or at least 14 days before check-in.

THat's all you need to do.
