Making Reservations

Ok can someone please tell me how I go about making reservations for the character breakfasts?

Also is there a listing somewhere of what is at each one. I plan to use the connections certificates for the breakfast. I understand Cheff Mickey and Cinderella's Castle but the other choice is Grand Floridian Café but it does not say what characters are there. Any help?

Also we are going the last of January - is there even a possibility of us getting a Reservation or Priority Seating? It is 2 adults and 2 children.

To make a Priority Seating arrangement, call 1-407-WDW-DINE (1-407-939-3463). If you're a Disney Club member, you can use the 1-800 number on the back of your card. Tell the Cast Member you'd like to make a PS, the restaurant, date, appx. time and how many are in your party. Chef Mickey's can be made 120 days in advance and Cinderella's Castle is a 60-Day PS. At this point, its probably too late for a Cinderella's Castle PS but you can check to see if there has been a cancellation. The Grand Floridian Cafe does not have characters. 1900 Park Fare is the only GF restaurant that has characters.
