making reservations with two staterooms

Hi,
I am booked on the April 15th Western Caribbean. I am just realizing my reservation booking date is tomorrow! I have two staterooms, can I book reservations once, do I have to link the rooms? Thank in advance!

It's by far easier if the reservations are linked.

Thanks, I called disney yesterday and the woman was most unhelpful. She didn't ask if the reservations were linked. I'll call again today.

I think you can link them online yourself. But I'm not 100% sure because I made my parents' reservation myself.

You can link the reservations online on your own. Log into your account under "My Disney Cruise" click on "My Reservations." On this page, you should see your reservation. At the bottom, you'll see where you can link the reservation. Here's a screenshot. Then you can follow the instructions from there.

Also, the people in both staterooms, are they all the same Castaway Club status? Because if they aren't even when you are linked together you cannot book reservations for everybody at the same time.

This isn't entirely true. You can book reservations for everyone at the same time, but only if the booking window is open for everyone.

For example, on our upcoming cruise, we are silver, my parents are first timers. I was able to book all of us at the same time, but only once their booking window opened. I couldn't book for all of us when only the silver booking window was open.

My booking window opened at midnight. My reservations were linked and when I went to reserve activities the names of everyone in both staterooms appeared so I was able to book everyone at once. Very disappointing that I called disney cruise and the lady said it couldn't be done. But I'm happy I could do it!
