Hi Everyone,

Last time I went to Disney I called in for making my reservations. I gave them a code that came with my package and I was all set. This time I want to do everything online, it starts at 6am eastern correct? Also do I need to include a package code to it or do they need a credit card? I just login, select the restaurant date and search for time, connect my family, and then thats it? Just want to make sure....Also, I have an onion allergy, where can I update this or do I need to call? Thanks for any help....Really excited but starting to get nervous! :goodvibes

i'm not sure about the package code, but since ive made dining reservations with MDE it requires a credit card (which I saved to my account instead of having to retype it each time) and then you can go through and select your places and times. Not sure how to link your family if you havent already, I did mine ages ago and haven't thought of it since then. Last I checked there was a place on each reservation to add any allergies or other special needs so you should be set!

As long as you see your resort reservation on your MDE account, you're all set. The code you gave the reservation agent on the phone was probably just your resort reservation number. The website does open up at 6am eastern time.

And wow, my travel buddy has an onion allergy, too! There is a spot to mark "other" allergies, but it doesn't let you specify what they are. I mark that, then we also tell our server what the allergy is and they will have the chef come speak to us if necessary. That happens rarely though, there's almost always something he can eat right off the menu.

There are not many of us but onions does seem to be in everything. I was able to mark other but I might email or call the diet center to tell them. It's nice to here there are others who have the allergy. So many people say they have never heard of it.

Thank you both for the info! I was able to schedule with ease :) I think I like online much better to phone. Thanks again!!!
