Making Reservations at DL Restaurants

We're heading to DL April 15 and I was wondering if we "needed" to make reservations for places like Hook's Pointe or Goofy's Kitchen. Also, does anyone recommend PCH Grill? The description in Birnbaum's sounds interesting. Also, are there any links to menus from these places? Thanks!

PCH Grill is very good food. It's mostly California cuisine but I would also say it's Asian/Italian, if there is such a thing. You can make reservations for Hook's Pointe, Goofy's Kitchen and PCH Grill. In fact, I would recommend it just to be on the safe side.

Another really good Disneyland Hotel restaurant is Granville's Steakhouse.
