We have booked a two bedroom at OKW. Our favorite place. I am was about to start making reservations. Last night my adult son asked if his two roommates could come with us. He has been out of a job for a while and he rents a room in their house for dirt cheap. He wants to say thank you by bringing them as they have never been. They would be paying for themselves. Anyway my question is this if I make reservations for 8 now is it easy to change a reservation if they decide to come or just wait till they decide. We are going middle of September. We have given son and friends til Saturday night to decide. They just sprung this on us late yesterday. What would you do?

Definitely make the ADRs for 10, not 8. They don't care if you show up with less people, but they can and do turn you away if you show up with more.

I would agree, make the ADRs for the maximun number that may be coming. As you get closer and know the real number, you can modify the reservation. Much easier to decrease the number than to increase.
