Making reservation while waiting for closing

Am waiting to close on a new contract ... I currently have 3. The new contract has 100 points which have to be used by Aug 31. These are banked 2013 points. At 7 months if I use one of my existing contracts to make the reservation using current year points from a current contract after closing can I call MS to reallocate the points from my new contract.

Most likely they would. But there's no guarantee that they have to without availability still remaining where you booked.

Are all the deeds titled the same, and will they be under the same membership number? They would have to be under the same membership number to reallocate. If your new contract is not titled the same way, or is a different use year from your other contracts, it can not be done, as reservations can't transfer from membership to membership.

As noted, no way to guarantee it and technically the likely shouldn't. however, if they say no and you have a reservation in place and cancel it, you may be able to pick it back up with the new points.

Not automatically. Canceled or newly declared inventory is not held for the WL but is released to general inventory. The WL is run against the general inventory. IMO they should hold such inventory until the WL has been checked but they have not done so historically.
