:confused3What are the chances of me grabbing an ADR for 4, and calling the morning of to see if they can squeeze 2 more seats in, to equal 6 of us? It's so hard to get a res for 6 at the right places!

I wouldn't do that. Can you book 2 tables of 4 or a table of 4 and 2? You could risk not having any ADRs and I think if you called the same day, they probably will say no. I think one thing you could do is show up for your ADR and say 2 people were added last minute and hope they will seat you. Good luck, but personally, I wouldn't risk it.

Unlikely to be possible if they are busy or already booked up. Your 2 extra could be turned away.

Pretty impossible. I can't explain why, but the dining reservation system just isn't set up like that. We had a party of 11 traveling and on the day of arrival there was a death in one of the families and we lost 4 of them so they could attend the funeral. I called, in hopes that this could free up a table for four at each of our TS restaurants. Instead, they said I could either cancel each of the reservations and try to reschedule them (which they said they could practically guarantee was not possible) or just show up with 4 less people (which they advised).

Good luck! I would do my best to get reservations for 6.

Don't cancel your table of 4 though. Hold on to it until you have a new ADR either for 6 or 2. Only then depending on which adr they can make cancel or keep the ressie for 4.
