Making requests through DVC website?

Can I make requests for an existing reservation through the member website or do I need to call MS? It's not urgent and it seems easier since I've been stuck on hold twice today.
I just used the form to add 2 people to a reservation (per my post on the planning board). Just wanted to know if this was acceptable and/or encouraged.

I make changes or additions to reservations thru the member website and it has worked out very well. I also make reservations if I have some flexibility about dates and it's not urgent. For example, standard view at BWV for Food and Wine is urgent and I always call for those reservations. But Flower and Garden sometime in April I do online.

Just so you know I just got off the phone to MS and got straight through so now might be a good time to call
