Making PSs

I am going to WDW (yeah) in september and I want to make a few PSs. Can I make them earlier than the 90 days stated? Or do I have to do it on exact 90 day mark? This is my first time for doing this so any help would be great.

For anything but a character meal you should be able to make priority seating in September except Labor Day weekend whenever you feel comfortable (like the day before you go). Now in June and July you need to do it at 90 days.
