Making payments for trip.

Can someone tell me how I make payments online for our trip, or do we have to call Disney direct?

How did you book your trip? I booked through AAA and all payments had to be made through them i.e. AAA called with my reservation number and made the credit card payment over the phone. I believe it is the same process if you used a Travel Agent - the TA is the one who calls Disney and makes the payment for you.

If you booked your trip yourself I read that you can mail payments to Disney or can call a representative and give them your credit card info. I haven't heard of making payments online - though that would be nice!

My documentation provided to me from AAA states "Final Payment may be made by phone with a valid credit card, or check payments may be mailed to Walt Disney Travel Co., P.O. Box 409668 Atlanta, GA 30384-9668." It doesn't mention making payments online.

I would check your reservation documents and see if there is an option for making a payment online.

- go to www.disneyworld.com
- In the left corner under Walt Disney World you should see Sign In.
Sign into your account.
- Once you have signed in you should be taken to a page that shows your booked vacation: "Upcoming Reservation." Click on "Room and Vacation Packages."
- You should see a picture of the hotel you are staying at and a summary of your vacation package. Click on "view details."
- The detail view will give you more info on your reservation. Scroll down and click on the link that says "Pay Balance Now."
- You will then be taken to a page where you can make a payment. There will be two options: partial payment or remaining balance. The partial payment says $20.00 but you can change that to something else.

Hope this helps. This is how we pay for our vacation. I go in every Friday and make a payment.
