I think I have started a mini-WISH group here at work...atleast I hope it is beginning to form. So far there are 3 individuals..The first one I weigh with on Mondays and we walk 7 flights of stairs every morning, she is scheduled to see a nutritionist and will be on a plan similar to mine. The second one is just starting. I weigh with her on Fridays and we are going to exchange journals, give feedback to each other. I walk stairs with her in the afternoon. She is also going to a nutritionist shortly for her diabetes. I just joined a third person, I will begin walking with her the 2 days I don't go to the gym during lunch....This should keep me accountable and on the right path. I have found for me accountability is a big key!!!!!
