Making my pics (for the sig) smaller

since there is a limit now, how do we make the pics smaller after we get a link for them?

You can save them to your computer, upload them to photobucket and re-size them there (but only to pre-specified sizes) or you can save them to your computer, resize them in a program like Photoshop, or even paint and then upload them to photobucket. If you're direct linkin from another site (which is bad) then you can't resize it without saving it.
