Making my own wedding invitations

Alright, here we go

I will be planning sometime next spring for my wedding invitations(so no rush at all on this). We have been talking about having a Disney themed wedding, will be a small group, only close friends.

We went on our first trip together to Disneyland about a month into our courtship so Disney holds a pretty special spot in our hearts.

I have been wondering if I would be able to pull off making my own Disney wedding invitations. I am new at scrapbooking and my sense of imagination is truly to question. I have been looking online for something I could do on my own, some ideas but needless to say, I really suck.

Have you or anyone you know done their own wedding invite? is it a feasable goal? I would be pretty excited if I could pull it off.

I am absolutely open to suggestions and left at your mercy

Try asking this question on the wedding board here on DIS. I know back when I got married and frequented that board there were many girls who made their own invitations and I'm sure they'd love to help. Good luck and congratulations!

It depends on how fancy and invitation you want to do and how many people you are inviting.

I have seen many of martha Stewarts invitew and other packs on clearance at our local stores and if you got some nicly done clip art and writing you could make your own on those fairly easily (I think most packs have stuff for about 40 in them but I haven't looked closely).
