I'm on hold with Disney Dining at the moment, will try to make all my ADR's for our September trip. Hope all goes smoothly :cloud9:

Update:
All done! The cast member didn't seem to find our reservation based on the number I gave him from Disney UK but did find our reservation based on our telephone number, so that part went smoothly
I managed to get all the restaurants we wanted, although had to change our preferred date for Le Cellier, not that it makes a big difference.
When he gave all the reservation numbers at the end, he was so fast I couldn't keep up, even with repeated requests to slow down and repeat the number. I don't think I've got them all down correctly  I just hope it won't cause any issues while we're there...

We've got:
Citricos for our anniversary!
Ohana Breakfast
Yak & Yeti (lunch)
Chefs de France (I want to see the little Remy!)
Coral Reef
Teppan Edo
Whispering Canyon
Biergarten
Tusker House for breakfast with Donald
50's Prime Time Cafe
Le Cellier
Flying Fish Cafe

You can always call back and double check the confirmation numbers. It is better to be safe than sorry especially with the problems they seem to be having with the system. I will feel much happier knowing that I can quite a confirmation number to each restaurant.

I'll probably do that, but not today. Already spent a lot of time sorting out the schedule and my backlog at work isn't getting any smaller as a result of it, best attend to that now ;)

Great choices; glad you got everything you wanted:goodvibes
Le Cellier seems to be the one most people struggle with.

Just don't mention Hollywood & Vine Fantasmis package to me it's been a nightmare to book:scared1:-finally got 15:35 sitting-still better than nothing:goodvibes

Me neither, not made many ADR's but when we have we have given surname not a res number. Might have changed with new system but doubt it.

There have been a few people on the Restaurant boards mentioning that when they have checked in at the podium they have no record of the ADR on the system. The CM has then only been able to trace it using the confirmation number - seems to be some sort of glitch with the new system not always recording your name against the ressie.:confused3

Never needed our ressie no.s either and we always ask for a print out upon checking in to our hotel and go thro them then just to make sure!

Has you print out of reservations been all on 1 page?
I aksed at DTD guest services about 10 days ago if they could print out all out ADR's he said they could not do them all on 1 page, I would get 13 x A4 sheets. I didn't bother.

As I remember, it was possible two pages long - only bare info on it (place date and time, But all we were after) and even included some ressies of another guest with the same name as us. We were offered this when we first checked in.

I wonder if this has changed now and you can only get 1 ADR per A4 sheet like I was told or did was it just that CM that had no idea what he was doing? He did say something about it being the new system that wouldn't allow it.:confused3

Well done - I did alot of mine yesterday with minimal fuss.

Interested to see that you have an ADR for Yak and Yeti - I had looked at this restaurant and liked the look of the menu - but the info on this website says that reservation are not accepted http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/diningdetail.cfm?restaurant.ID=473

Just goes to show that you can't believe everything that you read on the internet. Anyways - I have some more ADR's to make in about 10 days and will certainly be making one for here! :thumbsup2

Sounds good, we're staying for 7 nights and are planning on 6 of the restaurants on your list :) I'm still undecided as to whether I should bother getting my US reservation number, never had a problem making ADRs without one before as I just told them I booked through a UK tour operator.

I must say the menu at Yak & Yeti really appealed to us too, well, it must have, otherwise we wouldn't have made a reservation. :)

Good idea! Although, I'll still be phoning to get the right numbers. I know it's unlikely I'll need them, but knowing how things can go wrong and me being a control freak when it comes to planning... Also, our last names are rather weird spelling and with the booking being from the UK (seeing all the issues that has brought up before with making the reservations), I will just feel more at ease knowing the correct numbers.

I just gave it a go without a US reservation number. The UK reservation number didn't seem to show up on their system, but he did find our reservation using our phone number (I guess he could also have tried our names). So it all went ratehr smoothly. I had been dreading it after all the horror stories here. My only complaint was that he was way to quick in reading out the reservation numbers, no way anyone can write that fast.
I hope you'll get all the restaurants you want too! :)
