Making Madicial Family Memories Together, Celebrating our 35th anniversary!

Sorry to hear you have rain, the weather here is nice and fall like, all the trees are very pretty.
Guess you need some of that Florida sunshine and OJ to make you feel better!!
There are 6 adults and grandson( he dosen't count until 3 years old) you must have 8 in your party.
So is that hint;) that you did book a bounceback:rolleyes1 ????
If you don't mind how old in Corbin excatually? From your pictures he looks to be the same size and act the same way as my Grandson ( who name is Landen) He was born Dec 13th 2006.

Grace

AWWWWW your grandson and I share a birthday! That's very cool!! :goodvibes Corbin shares a birthday with his Daddy-Corbin's birthday is July 15, 2004. He just turned 4 this year. He's pretty tall for his age but full of energy!

Here's a hint...we called about bounceback while we were there before checking out. :rolleyes1

That stinks that he won't count yet-he's still a person! I could sacrafice myself to come along to get your 8 people! :rotfl2: I'm sure I could find a friend to come along too!

I'm finally feeling better today which is a good thing. Dan leaves for class for two weeks on Sunday morning so it's going to be a very quiet and very long two weeks. Mommy's going to need a weekend off when he gets back!

Carter's the little guy-his birthday is November 20, 2006. I get them confused all the time-this morning it took three names before I could get to Corbin! :rotfl:

Of course you can hug Mickey first-I'm ok with that! :goodvibes

Yes finally feeling better-I've got too much to do to be sick right now. Get those chores done so you can play! Hopefully it's nice and you can go for your walk!

You have a good day as well!

Yeah sounds like they're pretty close in age-only about a month apart. It's a very cool age. Carter's picking things up so quickly these days. Thanks to Crush, his new favorite word is "Duuuuuude!" :rotfl:

I wish I would have done the first haircut thing at Disney-what a special memory! Best to see what mom thinks :goodvibes Us moms, we can be a bit crazy sometimes!

The boys love looking through the Disney planning books and finding new things. Carter's all about the pictures and Corbin loves the maps. He's always looking for treasure! :rotfl:

I had my December stuff out at dinner last night. I think I've convinced Dan to upgrade to deluxe dining if we can afford it. That means I get to pick more places to eat! :woohoo: He leaves on Sunday for two weeks so I should be able to get a lot done while he's gone. :thumbsup2

Have a nice day!

I have made a WDW trip planning Binder:thumbsup2 After joining the DIS in June 2008. I found so MUCH wonderful information, that I had paper all over mu computer Desk:rotfl2: I would try to explain something to my family that I had learn, and where was that info:confused: I then searched:surfweb: for how others keep the info together. I found a thread by newtodis:goodvibes that had pages for sections you could print out for a notebook  So I printed out sections for general info., tickets , buget, theme parks, resorts, dining, shows, tips and added a special one for taking young children (this is my grandson 1st trip) Thanks :flower3: Newtodis

I decorated the front to say Walt Disney trip Planning Sept 2009
I also put a Mickey and Minnie on the cover::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo
I think I will add sections for airfares,Characters meets/autographs, Tee shirt DISigns, Can anyone think of anything else? I have also save some spread sheets to use later when I plan interany , Of course if
I can figure out how get the info on them:laughing: . Can anyone tell how to just get certain info off a thread, for example on a thread about things to pack and I only want certain tips how to I get just those with out printing out the whole thread?

I received DISNEY mail today:tinker: I was our cofirmatiom letter:cheer2:
They had e-mail me it, but I was missing one ( we have 3 rooms booked)
So I had called and they said that they would mailed them so we all got letters:yay:
They have noted 35th anniversary:hug: and under arcade play , miniature golf, planet hollywood, sea raycer have also noted anniversay maybe we will get some extra pixie dustpixiedust:

YAY for the binder!! I'm so glad you were able to find something you liked! I made an AWESOME binder for friends of ours that are noe debating if they want to go in Dec with us or not. I need to make the copies for myself and get my binder going. I have one but it's not nearly as cool as the other one I made. I took mine on our last trip and it helped a lot!!

There's a list on the theme parks board too of "free" things to do and fun places to take pictures. I printed those off for my binder-didn't much use them as reference in the parks, but saw some of them and sparked my memory while in the parks about places to look for.

I'm a scrapbooker too!! Creative Memories has a ton of very cool Disney stuff that's new. The Hallmark store also has a "pre-made" Disney scrapbook that you can buy. They also have little flip books and a frame and magnetic frame. Your DGS might like the flip book. I got one for Corbin to use. It was reasonably priced too.

I have twin 13 year old DGDs and a 6 year old DGS!!

Wow! You're busy that's for sure!

Good morning Rosie:flower3: I knew you could make a binder:) Sound like your have some good list. good ideas about index cards, easy to handle in the parks. Do you do your own touring plans? Or do use one of the site that help you? Going to pop over to your pre trip to see if I can be 1st to catch the new advart!!!!

have a nice day:goodvibes :goodvibes

Grace I really don't use the "Turing Plans" as they usually include coaster rides that I don't do !I use the ideas /tips from these boards and make my own. Everyone agrees the secret is be there by rope drop and rush to your favorite ride to either FP or ride !So for a solo ,it will be different than when I am planning for the family. I have a rough idea of my touring plans for May but haven't really done too much for Sept as I have to find out what everyone wants to do and then make plans a Solo trip is much easier !!

Have a good evening!

Sounds like you've got quite the list!!! That's wonderful!

We're eating at the castle in Dec and I'm excited. I've read the food's not great-I don't care! I just want to eat in the castle!!!!

We loved the boat from the TTC to MK-very relaxing.

I would love to see the rope drop show at MK. We saw AK on our first trip and it was great!

I love Spectro and hopefully we'll be able to see it in Dec. We didn't make it on this trip-too many other things to do with Grandma.

The boys hit Dumbo first time, first ride this trip and they loved it! I'm sure we'll be doing it again! :goodvibes

Love Mickey (and friends!!!) and photopass for the family pictures. Nice to have a couple with everyone in a picture.

That's about all I've done from your list-you're way ahead of me!! :rotfl:

We've never seen the day parades 'cause that's usually when the boys are sleeping. They love the monorail so we try to ride that as much as possible really.

Your grandson will love the Playhouse Disney part of DHS if he's anything like my boys. There's a Plahouse Disney Live on Stage show (both times we've seen it it's been My Friends Tigger and Pooh, Handy Manny, Little Eistiens and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse). You can also meet Jojo and Goliath, Little Einstiens and Handy Manny right outside the show building. This is pretty much a "must do" for us.

It's too hard for us to do the coasters with the kids being so little. I'm not too much of a coaster person but Dan had his chance when his mom was with us and he still didn't want to so I'm not sure what's up with that???

HI
Eating in the castle is the most magicial thingprincess: I don't remember what I eat but I will always remember the look on my daughter face when they lifted the cover of her dessert plate and there was a glass slipper sitting on a bed of roses, with a rose bud with her ring on it:bride: !!!!!

Wouldn't it be wonderful on one day of your vacation to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the castle:dance3: Well dreams do come truepixiedust: !!!!!!!!!!
Yea!! For the ferry boat!!
Seeing Mickey come in on the train was something I PLANNED on not missing. My kids stood behind and just watch as their Mommy waved and yelled to Mickey!! They even picked confitti for me to save for my scrapbook.
Words don't describe Spectro.

I :lovestruc A PARADE!!!

Thanks for the tip about Playhouse Disney I will remember and made sure we get to see it:thumbsup2

I do like riding the coasters.
, I get scared , but I do like them. This time will we have to figure out the baby swap thing.
Is your Castle meal on your birthday? My husband did like getting his picture taking with Cinderalla. And the cost of the picture is inculded with your meal:thumbsup2
The castle should be decorted with the lights, I seem pictures with the lights and It looks so beautiful, It should be really something to see it in person.
Have a great tomorrow:goodvibes
