Making grocery stop - what to do with cold items until room is ready?

We are staying in a studio at the BCV, so we will have a fridge. We are going to be making a grocery stop with Tiffany Towncar on the way from the airport and should arrive at the Beach Club around noon. We plan to check in early, have them store our bags, and then go explore. What about our refrigerated items (milk, etc.)? Will they keep it cold for us, or will it all be sitting back in the storage area getting warm? Any ideas?

All DVC resorts have refridgerators available for guests to use to keep cold items cold. When you get up to valet, just tell them which bags need to be place in the refrigerator.
