True... but we have to PAY taxes this year so that check isn't "extra" for us.

Thanks Michelle! I can't take credit for the green paint... we are in a rental house. Still looking for that perfect house at the perfect price in the perfect place! I do like the green though! The purple kitchen... not so much!
