Making FP+ reservations for another party

Apologies if this has been asked - I searched and didn't find it.

My boyfriend and I, and my parents are staying on-site in late April. Our 60-day FP time is in a few days, so I'm trying to figure out the system ahead of time.

We all now have MDE profiles that are linked to each other. However, we are in two separate hotel rooms, so technically two reservation numbers (even though it is all the same package).

My family wants me to handle all the fast passes and reservations for everyone. Will I be able to do this, or do my parents need to fiddle around with their phones in the park? Does it make them "approve" each fast pass I make for them, or does it show up on their accounts automatically?

If you're linked in MDE and see them on your Friends and Family list, yo'll be able to make all their Fastpasses for them - they don't have to approve or touch anything if they don't want to. I did it for my family in several rooms and it worked great. I think it is fine if they truly want no part of the selection or technology, but if they think they may want to make any changes prior or on the trip I encourage you to make the FPs with them if possible. I was a little concerned that any family who didn't want part in the planning would suddenly get interested once we were there and start clicking around, possibly messing up my picks.

Great! That's what I was hoping. And yes, we're going to make them mostly together, but they just wanted me to "handle it" so they can relax.
