Making FP+ during MNSSHP

I remember the threads about making FP+ for party days and Disney removing your last day's FP+. But can I make FP when I'm in the park for the party (not try to reserve them before being in the park)?

You can schedule a fast pass up till 7pm on party nights.

Actually, the cut-off of the FP window for the last FP+ during that time is (approx.) 6:30PM.
(So, a FP+ start-time of 5:30PM.)
