We just put a hold on a Disney trip for September. We have not yet put the deposit down (unsure if this is what's causing the issue or not?) WE are currently unable to reserve Fastpass + tickets online. Only my name shows up (not my girls) in the list selecting people at the fastpass + online reservation system but I am not able to even select my name and go to the next page to reserve fastpass.

Does anyone know why this is? Is it because we haven't placed a deposit yet? We are able to reserve dining with no trouble.

Thanks in advance!
Tammy

Do you have a reservation at a Disney resort? Do you have all your tickets linked to your MDE? Do you have a package with Disney?

You can start reserving FP+ at the 60 day mark if you are staying at a Disney Property. If you are staying offsite, you can reserve at 30 days out. (Dining is 180 days out.) Your MDE account, I believe, provides that date. (The system opens at midnight most nights.) If you have a package with Disney the information should go directly to your MDE. If you have room only and separate tickets, you have to link your reservation and tickets. It's pretty easy to do both.

Answers to FP FAQs like yours can be found in the green link in my signature.

@mesaboy2 has the best information available for FP+ but the simplest answer right now is that you have not yet reached your 60 day window. That won't be until sometime in July I believe. Also, if you don't have any reservations linked to your account you cannot book at the 60 day mark either.
