Making dining reservations

Hello,
We are going to Disney World later in the year, going on a four-day Disney cruise and spending a week in the parks, but will not be staying on property.

Does going on the cruise allow us to book dining reservations for hotel and other property restaurants early, just as we would be able to if we were staying on property (I think 190 days out instead of 180)?

It does not. The only way to use 180+10 (not 190 days btw) is to be staying on property at a Disney hotel.
