Making dining reservations at WDW

It's been a couple of years since we've been to WDW and that trip was just myself and my husband. This time around, there are 7 of us traveling so it's sort of been a full time job trying to get everything in order. We are going on a cruise together - with 5 of us checking in to WDW 5 days early for some park days.

Am I crazy or did I read somewhere that you are now able to make all dining on your check in day if staying at a WDW resort? We are at Boardwalk.

Yes, sort of. You will be able to make all your ADRs at 60 days before checkin. That is a benefit of staying onsite.

Say your checkin date June 1st with checkout on June 6th. On April 2nd (60 days before because May has 31 days), at 6amEST you’ll be able to book ADRs for your entire trip.

If you can't get ADRs for 7 - try 8 - but you might have a better chance reserving two reservations 4 and 3 or 4 and 4 (it does not matter since it's an odd number w/table). Try to get time as close as possible and check in early and ask if you can be seated together.

We are 10 next month. We had to split all of our reservations. Good luck!
